Dave and Sharon together with Vicky and their wonderful team run the Community Cafe known as “Porkies” up at Whitleigh Green shops. They are stalwarts of the community, and provide a sheltered harbour for me as I was out knocking on doors in the run up to the election. They work hard to keep the community together, improve their area and regularly open up free of charge for public meetings so that the community has a place to get together.

They organise a Christmas event each year for the entire community of Whitleigh, and this year I was pleased to contribute to the event so that the families of Whitleigh could attend without having to pay for anything.
